Impossible. A lot of employers are very skeptical of CIA graduates. They're going to make you prove yourself just like any other applicant, by starting in the kitchen and working your way up.

Coming from a former chef myself, I am a former chef from Canada, I worked with alot of CIA grads over the years and your better prepared after the 2-3 year programs of understanding the Executive Chef job, but it is more a job you attain or work up to, win a lottery and open your own place and it is more possible.

I would suggest you apprentice with one who is already serving in that capacity as you will learn a great deal

What an ego! Pay your dues an learn from the bottom. It was good enough for Wolfgang Puck and Charlie Trotter and all good chefs.
