I have an interview today and I'm trying to find a way to calm down?

I have had numerous interviews, where none have turned into a job. I am extremely nervous about the interview today. I am applying for a medical assistant job. I have been a lead medical assistant, so I know I am qualified for the job. I have anxiety problems as it is, and I am almost sick to my stomach because I am so nervous. What is the best way to show them that I am confident in myself and my skills?

Act like you are interviewing for people who are worth less than you and that the interviewer would be extremely lucky if you accepted their offer.

Do something to take your mind off of it....hook up with your man or whatever it may take to RELIEVE some tension...then get ready, and talk to them like you're already a part of the company.
