HOUSTON, TX, if you live there, please answer!?

I am going out of my mind with boredom. I know there are many things to do in the Space City, but I can't find anything interesting. I'm a night owl, so mostly looking for things to do at night or on the weekends. I work all week long at two jobs and go to school (on break right now). I need something to distract me from the routine I have built. I do love things like museums and site seeing, like the San Jacinto Monument. But looking for night life and weekend things to do Please help! thanks so far. I am looking for Names of good places to go please. (like night clubs or lounges)

If your a night owl, you'd better find some late night shows, because this is the city that always sleeps. Houston's so-called night life sucks!

Or you could get away from the clubs and stuff and go to Discovery Green (right by the George R. Brown Convention Center) and go ice skating with a few friends i went there a few weeks ago and i loved it! (But there is a restaurant and bar right there, if that interests you most!)

Have you never heard of The Houston Press? http://www.houstonpress.com/calendar http://www.houstonpress.com/locations/club-directory You should be able to find anything in there...they have 456 individual bars and clubs listed.
