Type Of Foods To Eat While Trying To Get Pregnant?

My partner and I have been trying to conceive for the past 6 months, we're not worried that it's taking so long as we know there's nothing to panic about unless it takes longer than a year to get pregnant. But is there any types of food or diet we could try to improve our chances? We're both fit, healthy and active people and exercise regularly but we're not exactly very gourmet minded in the kitchen so if you know any type of foods that could help us out them we'd be very appreciative. Thank you!

Try adding prenatal pills to your diet, it helps prepare your body for conception. Food wise I would suggest staying away from fatty foods and eat more greens.

Both of you should try to eat as healthy as possible when trying to conceive - lots of fresh fruits and veggies, lean protein, cut down on processed foods/additives/artificial sweetners.

When I was TTC, my DR. told me to include Green Tea in my daily drinks at least 2 times per day. He explained that it helps to detox your body of toxins and it does something to your body in terms of your cervical mucus. Best of luck to you guys.
