I'm going to a call center job interview soon. I want to know what questions they would ask in the interview.?

What are some general tips for attending interviews? What are some general questions they would ask in any interview? What are some specific questions they would ask in a call center job interview? Name any specific skill they would be looking for as well. Thanks a lot.

They will ask for previous experience, any sales experience, communication skills, how you get along with others, and perhaps how much you know about their company.
