how come in family guy they make references to the philippines?

I was just waondering since im filipino myself. The episodes where Brians gay cousin Jasper comes to marry a filipino guy and the one when Brian becomes a police dog and sniffs Quagmire and said something like "You had lumpia for dinner and had sex with two filipina girls and a guy" or something like that. By the way what are those episodes called?

Faricus is spot-on. The Philippines, in particular Malate or Ermita, is Ladyboy Central and I can only assume there have been many inebriated or just plain stupid foreigners who have had a Crying Game episode in those clubs. Hehehhe.
