I have a job I really like but my pay roll is constantly being screwed up..what should I do? ?
I work in an office and I have to send my payroll outside of the office to the payroll department but for the last 4 payrolls (I get paid every 2 weeks) it's been messed up, it started that I didn't get paid when I was suppose to and now my payrolls are still two weeks behind. I've talked to my boss and my regional director and still nothing is being done! I really like my job...What should I do or what would you do? Is it time to get another job?? Thanks!

Call the state and find their bureau of labor relations. If that does not work, call the federal government and talk to the department of labor. It is illegal for them to screw up your paycheck like that. They will be forced to estimate what they should have paid you and pay it until they can get it straightened out.
