babygirl is right on. in addition to her stuff make sure you look up the company or person you are interviewing with. make sure you know about the company. they will ask why do you want to work there and show you have done your homework say soemthing about how the company started or soemthing about how they give to... Print this page and circle Babygirl's answer. I can only add, walk in with your head up and don't be intimidated by what you are asked. This is the one time it is ok to be a 'yes' person. As long as it's the truth. 'Yes I can, or I'm confident I can learn that quickly." Two sentences that should earn you respect.

Listen carefully to the interviewer and try to keep eye contact as much as possible when talking. Be yourself - you have a great personality Don't be frightened to ask questions if there is something you wish to know. Be open and honest as you always are anyway. Goodluck I know you can do it. :-)))
