When going for a job interview,as a home health aide, would it help me to dress for the job?
In other words, should I wear scrubs(as opposed to a pantsuit, for instance). I am asking this because some woman who is supposed to be an expert on the subject of successful job interviews says that you should dress for the position you are applying for. Serious answers only, please.

Actually you are supposed to dress just a little better than the job. For example if they wear jeans, you wear khakis. If you came to me for an interview in scrubs, I would assume you just came from work and would ask you if you were still employed. If not, I would be surprised. Most home health aides come for an... Kadel says it best. Generally speaking, you DO NOT wear scrubs to a healthcare position interview. It is still a formal job interview, after all.
