What's the best way to learn japanese on tight budget? ?

I heard Rosette stone is the best but I can't afford it and i'm already saving for a Laptop which is taking me a really long time i'm 14 years old btw so I can't save up with money for a job. I live in Texas so there is no jobs for me here. I've been learning a little bit online But i'm still not that great on it I only know a few sentences and words.

Rosetta Stone is actually very overpriced for what it is, in my opinion. You don't need Rosetta Stone to succeed in Japanese, and there are other, cheaper resources out there that can be even more effective if you're willing to put in some time and effort... More
