little help with my resume please?

ok, so i'm pretty sure i got everything, just need help with the profile part, i would like it to convey that i'm very logical and good at what i do... kind of like a vulcan if you're a nerd :) here's my resume: (sorry, couldn't figure out how to attach it in word format) profile: an honest, hard-working employee experienced in conflict resolution, and ______. capable of quick-paced decision making, and multi tasking. major achievements: obtained GED 3 months after dropping out of highschool scoring in the 90th percentile in all areas race team took many first place victories promoted to senior graveshift operator within 6 months of begining work at Comstock Answering Service(an accomplishment nearly unheard of for males in that company) scored 86 on the ASVAB experience: 2005 – 2007 2005 – 2007Automotive shop assistant automotive repair and maintenence answering phones client interaction keeping the shopspace clean. pitcrew member for late model car number 12x 2007 – 2008 2008 – 2008Senior Grave-shift Operator answer phones for 800 clients(including, but not limited to: doctors offices, towing companies, cab companies, realty offices, vacation rental agencies, security companies, emergency repair facilities, and more) respond to emergencies monitor an alarm station dispatch emergencies over radio, nextel, or telephone 2008 -- 2008 2008 – 2008Door canvasser sign members, and collect donations for a number of non-profit organizations. other experience: "ranch hand" for 7 years starting at the age of ten trained dogs to move stock and compete in tournements for 9 years starting at the age of eight great driver, near "profesional" capacity. training: Startel Microkeys ten codes automotive repair microsoft excell microsoft word microsoft office qualifications / education: i'm a very quick learner 60 WPM with 98% accuracy profesional great command over the english language including sentance structure, and spelling.
