Best place to look for an entry-level communication-type job?

I graduated in May with a BA in Communication. Ideally I'd like to do Public Relations since it was my main focus in my classes. I have graphic design knowledge/experience in that I'm very familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite. Everywhere I look wants experience. I messed up and didn't do an internship college, for several reasons, that could have given it to me. I feel like I've looked everywhere online - I mainly just search for "communication" sometimes changing it up to PR or event planning/coordinator. Does anyone have any ideas of places I could look? I've looked at a lot of University sites, I'd be interested in working for a museum, for the state (any, really)....only thing I'm kind of not wanting to do is work for a hospital. I'm looking for suggestions of types of places to look into for jobs and/or search engines for jobs, entry level or not. Thanks!
