Kozlov- They are going to have to do a lot his character is not connecting with the fans.He is a decent wrestler, but his character is not helping him.I think they should maybe take him out of the main event put him with another big guy like the Big Show then have a mass destructive tag team.I think that could help Kozlov. If not he will just become like the Great Khali a dominate force that was never used properly.Although a at least Kozlov can wrestle, but because he doesn't connect with the audience his matches seem boring because this is wrestling but it is also entertainment.

Ted DiBiease Jr-I think it is to early in his career for him to go straight to the main event.I think we will see him like we saw Orton when he began.Doing upper mid card storyline's.But I think if they work on his mic skill now,and it's good to have him do this storyline with Orton, because a lot of these next generation wrestlers can not live up or surpass their father's legacy.so I think if they have him around Orton who has it will be good for his career. But they should be working him into some of the main events but not a place in the main event every week like John Cena,Chris Jericho,Edge etc.I think that's a bit to early.I think if they focus on getting the fans to except now he will be successful in the main event because I honestly think this kid will be one of the ones who will carry the show in years to come.

Cody Rhodes-Just about every thing I said for Ted I think should be done for Cody Rhodes for a the same reasons.Their mic skill needs to be improved on so the audiences will like both now. Before they make it into the main event spots.I would really like the wwe to use Cody right and not just have him become a jobber like his half brother.Dustin is a good wrestler but spent too much time jobbing to be taken serously in the main event.Overall I say set a foundation for the mic skill, and get the fans to like him now.

John Morrison-I think his future is very big.He has talent in fact he kind of reminds me of a younger Shawn Micheals.I think he should be doing more main event type storyline's.His mic skill should be worked on now,I think they should really start putting him into bigger storylines now well he young. Then after they see that fans will start to like him in the main event type matches.

Evan Bourne-Wow!This kids moves and high flying moves to top it off are amazing. He really has something there.I'd like to see the wwe use that more.I think he should be put on Raw or Smackdown so more fans will see him,and he should be put into bigger storylines and be doing more promo's.(I'm aware he is currently out of action). But I would like to see them add more hype for this young guy.

Jack Swagger-I think he should be put on Raw or Smackdown as well. Most fans were confused on to who he was when he became ECW champion.I think he should be used more and well scene.I think his career has only yet to start I would like to see them having him doing more.

Give them valueable title shots, keep them in the same matches every week, and then no reward? thats what stresses out wwe guys to the point where they'd rather wrestle in TNA so they'll be somebody

Swagger and kozlov should be a tag

ted and cody should be tag partners but then in the end get into multiple fights like abyss and morgan

morison should go for being the us champion and

bourne should work for non tittle matches for a while and then go for cruiserweight championship win it and then get drafted to raw and lose the belt and wins ic belt within 5 weeks,

1. Kozlov
He is not a "youngster"
WWE has done all they can to push him., maybe have him eliminate a lot of people at the rumble.
Then , send him to ECW or the mid card.

2. Ted Jr
3. Cody
Build them up as part of the LEGACY and have a high profile match at WM Silver.
As they are with Orton , They will gradually improve.
At the end , have one of them turn [ Ted ] on Orton.
Similar to the Batista / Evolution thing ... a slow burn

4. Morrison
ONE thing only.
WIN MITB , cash it in at Survivor Series.
Win the title.

5. Bourne
Give him the ECW title at WM Silver.

6. Swagger
Let him hold the belt till WM , and then put him in a match with Bourne.
It could be a great match.

- Kozlov
WWE have done a great job with him, prevailed him as a heel so well, not often done with the WWE.

- Ted Dibiase Jr.
Same as Kozlov, im impressed with the way that they have shown he is a second generation superstar.

- Cody Rhodes
Not so good of a job, they should have made him a heel from the beginning, could have started a Dusty Rhodes & Cody Rhodes feud.

- John Morrison
Hes doing great! No need to be developed, he has championship potential & possibly that could start with winning the Rumble.

- Evan Bourne
Great highflyer, Great Skills, Great Potential. No development needed

- Jack Swagger
Aah! Heres the problem, he became a champion to early. Not enough time to show his true colours & a heel side which makes him stand out from the others.
Answered By: Confused Baboon - 1/24/2009
1. nothing they can do other than a new finisher, a headbutt to the chest sucks. He needs someone that can get him over. Can't think of anything else.
2. Ted Jr just needs a chance to shine, legacy is a nice way to introduce him and give him plenty of mic time. After that i think he will be ready for a big push.
3. More mic time and a good solo feud with a good veteran to show of his skills.
4. not much improvement needed, big solo push and he's in the big time.
5. more mic time and just time, hasn't been around long but has all the skills needed its just work on the little things.
6. again just needs, more time to be around other that can help improve the little things that will make him a big star.

They Get A Push Is The Most Simple Answer, But I'll Go Into Detail Because I Know That's What You Want:

1. Kozlov: He's already at the top of Smackdown. He's predicted to win the RR and will probably soon be WWE Champ.

2. Ted Jr.: Well he's on his way there since he joined the legacy. I can really see Manu and Sim brining Umaga to help them defeat Orton, DiBiasie, and Rhodes. That'll be pretty interesting. Since Umaga and Orton are great fighters and the others range from decent to bad. He's already reigned as Tag Team Champ for a long time and I really can't see him getting a single title link IC or US. He's mid card and always will be. He's no where near WWE or WH title, so I think he's good where he is.

3. Cody: Same as Ted. In the middle. If they cross the line and give him a title like IC or US Champ. I have lost faith in WWE.

4. Morrison:
They need a short title reign. WWE needs to stop giving the tag team titles to random people like Punk and Kofi or Cena and HBK, it's more interesting if people that have a team [If You Catch Me Drift] Are tag team champs. Like, Morrison and Miz, The Hardys, Finlay and Hornswoggle.

5. Bourne:
When he get's back from his injury which will probably be the RR, I think he will get the title form Swagger on ECW. He was getting a push, but was sidelined because of that injury. Once he's back WWE will continue him on the path and maybe bring out a more angry, violent, hell bent on revenge Bourne.

6. Swagger:
What can you say? He's ECW Champ and Undefeated. Already got his push.

Kozlov needs a manager. I think WWE should hire James Mitchell (whos a talented guy rotting away in unemployment) to manage him. Kozlov would be put over even more than he already is. As for Morrison, he needs a singles push. I think Cody and Ted right now are fine. They're being pushed in Raw's top heel stable, and they're still young, so they have time for even further development. Swagger is also already being pushed, so theres nothing left for him to do at the moment. And Bourne is out on injury. When he comes back I see him getting a decent push. Good question.
Answered By: Brandon - 1/24/2009
Vladimir Kozlov: Not much, really. WWE tried to force Kozlov down our throats but it didn't work. I think he'll continue beating jobbers, for the time being.

Ted DiBiase and Cody Rhodes: Have them feud with CM Punk over the IC Championship. Put the World Tag Team Championship's back around their waists, too.

John Morrison: Keep him and The Miz together! They're a great tag team with great charisma. After they do split up (which Vince usually does to the Tag Teams) put him in a program with Shawn Michaels on RAW or draft him to SD! and have him feud with The Undertaker (Taker has done wonders for Shelton on SmackDown). Also, have him win MiTB at WM.

Evan Bourne: Draft him to RAW and have him feud with the midcarder's first then in a few years elevate him to the main ecent. Put the IC and Tag Titles over his shoulder, too.

Jack Swagger: Give him a long reign as ECW Champ after finally losing it to Dreamer at ONS. Draft him to RAW/SD! and let him sit in midcard for a while before letting him main event.

*STARRED!*

Kozlov should be put in a non-title feud ...
for example with the undertaker..that would be a boost for his career (just as khali did)
Ted Jr. and Cody both were good in the tag team division...they r wasting their time in the legacy shit and all...
Morrison should rather concentrate on his solo career rather than teaming with the Miz for too long..
Bourne and Swagger should spend their time in the ECW title picture for this year...

Other Career Questions

I know my question is sort of like telling you to pick your own poison. I've seen wrestling companies big and small come and go. And seen wrestling careers start and end in just a handful of years. I can imagine the huge debt burden for a promoter if his company does poorly. And for a wrestler the travel expenses is the stressful part of that life. But which wrestling job is harder based on risk and reward?

So today I went in for an interview and I was going in for the 2nd interview by the head chief executive. now this is where it got weird, so she asked me about my previous jobs and said how much she liked that product over that product. then she started talking about her daughter? an her divorce ...then how she didn't finish college because she was making more money doing what she did for this company ... then she talked about how her teenage daughter is a handful... I just played it cool thinking she was using some sort of psychology thing to trick me into saying something stupid. the interview ended and she seemed happy an I was escorted to the door... now I'm freaking confused? is this normal behavior for an executive? like it felt like she was going to burst into tears at one point and tell me her life problems... is this normal? was she trying to see how I react or something?

Basically- no degree, although I have tried completing one in the past and stopped because of physical and mental health issues which were overwhelming to deal with along with going to classes full time. I'm not stupid and I am quite articulate. I am 23 and have only worked for about two years retail in high school and stopped working to go to university. I worked a few months in 2010 retail after I dropped out but it was only a seasonal position, and the only reason why I have not been able to constantly work is because of mental health issues. I had also tried going back to community college during my free time since i left university in 2008/9 and I had panic attacks while in community college, which made my anxiety worse from then on. Well recently I met a good doctor and he prescribed me some meds that are stabilizing my moods and I feel the best I've felt in years, and I'm ready to work. Thing is, I don't know how to get a job now since I've spent literally years being depressed and anxious doing nothing. I don't really have anything to put on my resume, and I never finished my AA degree either. All I've done is cashiering and although I do the job well and I get promoted easily when I do these jobs because I'm a hard worker and I try to go above and beyond what they ask of me,which is the attitude I have no matter what kind of work I'm doing as long as I'm getting paid. But I hate cashiering because it's too easy and I want a job that is more interesting. Any suggestions for me on how to get a job that is NOT Retail with the type of background I have right now? I also realize I have to go to college to get certain types of jobs, I am talking about what I can do right here right now.

Recently I have overlooked for a project at work and I am unable to accept it why? I am hard working, dedicated, maintain a very professional decorum, very cordial with my colleagues and bosses, give respect to one and all. Still people who take the p***, argue with managers, gossip mongers have been selected for some very responsible positions at work. I seriously can't get my head around it why, why unprofessional people who have no work ethics being selected over me, whereas I have a track record of excellent performance and never shy away from any work my manager ask me to do? I am at my lowest point and not getting hold of my manager to ask the question why not me, why them who can't even bother? I am feeling like a complete loser, giving years to this place, building my performance, trust and this is how I get rewarded. Why my life is so shit, anything I wish for turns to dust?

So I have a nice white button up shirt, business skirt and pants, and a suit jacket. I'm applying for a software development job and I'm very short and can look young so I'm trying to look adult, yet professional. I'm also attractive so I'm trying not to look too sexy. For the career fair I'm thinking of wearing just my nice shirt and a skirt with low heels. My reasoning being it's approachable and attractive without going overboard since the career fair hosts are mostly younger male recent grads. I want to be remembered but not intimidating. For my interviews I was thinking pants, suit jacket (power suit). My reasoning being it'll be older execs and HR people (mostly women) so less sexy with the pants but more powerful with the suit jacket. What do you think?!
