How can i remove the trojan Zlob.Downloader.sit from my laptop?

I've tried every free anti-virus/spyware removal software to get rid of it.Spybot S&D finds it but won't delete it.It says to run a new scan as administrator, but i am already administrator. And apparently this trojan has messed the settings for windows and anti-virus updates, becasue i can't run any updates. If anyone has experience with this trojan and can help i would much appreciate it,because i don't know what else to do.

You must be using Vista. Right click the Spybot S&D shortcut and select Run As Administrator and let it find it again. It will remove it this time.
