My W2 say statutory employee, am I one?
My W2 say Im a statutory employee. Under the definition I should not be one. I don't deliver, I'm not management. Just a regular employee. Does this affect my taxes or his? Last year was the first year I ever owed anything and he put it down then ( i did not notice until now) Could this be a reason why. I'm a veterinary technician. So is this helping me "save" in texes or hurting me. Thank you to all whom have answered!
