Goodman HVAC system blower stuck on?

My dads 5 year old goodman hvac system has had a problem for a while and doesn't have the money to get it fixed by a pro right now. Its a split system when i say split i mean there's a air handler for upstairs which is in the attic and another air handler in the crawlspace. The one in the crawlspace is the one that's having the problem with the fan blower. The unit outside turns on and off just fine the problem is the blower inside the air handler will not shut off after the unit outside has shut off. Also there is sometimes a low noticeable buzz when the AUX heat turns on. There is no problem with the unit outside nor is it from the thermostat the switch is always set to "auto" not "on". I know its the air handler i just don't know how to fix it to make it shut off when the unit shuts off like its suppose to. If anyone could give me any info on how to fix this, I would be most grateful. Being as i am pretty young and would rather not be fried to human toast, i may just leave it alone. The thing is my dad wont take care of it himself and keeps telling me he doesn't have the money to fix it, so he shuts the air handler off and on at the circuit breaker panel since he doesn't know how to fix the fan blower either. I have a feeling things are only going to get worse and more costly to fix. I had to replace a dual run capacitor a few summers ago on my outside unit for upstairs because apparently a bug had crawled onto it and shorted it out. That was an easy fix - this...not so much of an easy fix... :(

The noticeable buzz when the auxiliary heat is on is most likely from the contactor for the electric heat elements. This could be because the 24 volt transformer is not correctly wired for the correct primary voltage. Most hvac units today have a transformer capable of using multiple primary voltages. Those voltages... More

sounds like fan relay is bad but make sure transformer is putting out 24 volts.

The sequencer controls the strips, the tansformers 24 volts is never passing through the contractors 230v contacts, its merely energizing the magnetic clil not the high voltage circuit.
