Is this a good resume?

I'm 19, with a pretty short resume. I'm just looking to improve it a little, as I did this myself as well as I could. Names, numbers, and addresses were obviously omitted. If I want them to call my cell instead of my home, as I live between my dad and mom (mom's info is on the resume), should I just keep out my home number? I also dropped out of college (planning on a tech school next year) without any credits gained.
