What would look better on a college application: an internship or a job?
I am a high school student currently in an internship that focuses on my future career in business. Colleges want job experience, but I don't think I could find a job that focuses on business like this internship does. Should I find a job or stick with the internship? What will colleges prefer?

Internship. For college applications, it counts as job experience.

An internship looks better if it is indeed directly related to your future career, and an internship is a job, just usually it is unpaid; the experience you gain is your reward for performing the job.
