How can i fall asleep and stay asleep on a long a flight?

I'm flying to eruope and its about 10-14 hours. I normally have issues sleeping on planes. I tend to get restless. I would like some advice as to how to fall alseep and stay asleep.

I have the same problem. And when i do finally fall asleep, i wake up 1 hour later because of a nose bleed! It happens every time. But i suggest not getting too much sleep the night before, so your already tired when your on the plane.

I have the same problem, maybe a sleeping pill helps! I had tried to just don't sleep the night before, but it didn't worked out for me, maybe because i was nervous or so because the fly... But i think a sleeping pill is effective.

Depends how well you sleep in general. My husband sleeps like the dead so just a normal over the counter sleeping pill puts him to sleep really well... More
