How do you become a Army recruiter?

Is it known to be a well respected job to others in the military? And is the pay good?

Once you are in the military and become a NCO you'll have to do some type of special duty. Recruiters blow bawls and every dogs them, Drill Sergeant is what you want to become. The pay is awsome , from a few of my buddies that are recruiters they will never tell me whsat they get paid because they say i would get to mad. So im taking it they get paid pretty high. your not gonna be a recruiter for about 4 to 5 yrs. and pay is based on your pay grade.. dont let anyone fool you there

If the Army is the same as in the Air Force then you will need to join the military and after your 1st term you can cross-train into the recruiter field.
