What are good cities to move to in FL....?

Where would you recommend moving to in Florida, for a Registered Nurse and my fiance has a Bachelor's in Health Administration. I have my master's and would like to go on for a certificate in Midwifery. My fiance grew up in Miami and left when he was 15, he misses warm weather but doesn't miss the city. Are there any cities that are health care industry centered? We are in our mid 20s and would like to have children in the next few years, so safe would be good as well :)
