Obama's plan to digitize all medical records?

I was watching him the other night on the news and heard him talking about digitizing all medical records? SO... what does that mean for all medical transcriptionists (myself and thousands of others) and medical coders? Doesn't that mean that we are going to be out of a job pretty soon? Or is that incorrect? I am really confused on the manner... So, would that create more jobs or would that put people like myself out of work? Thanks so much.
