How can a young teen make money?

I need to make at least $15 a month. I'm not old enough to get a job anywhere. I was thinking about walking dogs because 3 of my neighbors have dogs. How would i start up a "business" like this? Thanks in advance for the help.

Walking dogs sounds like a great plan! Also try mowing lawns, washing cars, clean gutters, doing basic yard or house work for a few bucks. Pt flyers around the neighborhood. you can be a newspaper deliver or deliver flyers for companys yard work for neighbors or you can even be a bagger at grocery store as long as you get school permission you can even do fast food resteraunt
