What do i need to know about dish network to sell it?
i work for a company that sells dish network. today is my first day out of training. i need to know what kind of information about the product i should study in order to be successful at this job. is there anyone out there who sells dish network or who has in the past who could give me some basics?

You should study because the more information you know the better you will be able to sell more to the customers. And sometimes the customer ask you so many question about what you are trying to sell them. And if you don't know your product they want buy from you.And they will just look at you as a NO Nothing...
