After my response to a law suit, a date is set for a hearing?

What happens there? I have no job or money. Will a Judge take that into consideration? Apparently some bill collector bought my credit card debt and is seeking to make some money. Any help is much appreciated.

You can't get blood out of a stone, so if you don't have a job, they can't do much. They could win a judgement against you, but they can't garnish if you're not earning a paycheck.

Yes they can get a judgment and no you can't pay right now but that judgment is good for as long as they want to keep renewing it. No the Judge will not take into consideration you are unemployeed that is why the judgment is for years into your future.
