Sure there are thousands of work home jobs out there. I love helping others find work from home and I love proving people wrong when they say there is no such thing as a work home or telecommuting job.
First of all it is a known FACT that many Top companies hire employees to work from home. Don't believe me. I'll prove it.

Listen I can honestly go on and on and on.... See my page in my source to get some more job leads. However, read this great article featured on ABC News by Tory Johnson:
It'll give you some great tips to go by and steer you in the right direction for getting a good job. And don't believe anyone that tell you there is no such thing as a work home job. You can get one. It may take time and a lot of searching and applying but I am living proof that they DO exist...
I've worked from home doing research, data entry, telemarketing, and sales. Here's my pros and cons:
You are actually getting a real paycheck and not having to commute back and forth to work.
Closer to family and saved on childcare cause someone was in the home that watched the kids while I worked.
I still had a set schedule that I had to stick to, so I basically had to rearrange my life around that.
Had to get the proper equipment before I was hired: like a home phone line, software, etc.
Missed the team atmosphere and being cooped up in the house all the time almost drove me crazy.
But if you want to do it, it is possible and can be very rewarding.
