Is it really necessary for the body to sweat when you do some exercise?

I'm just confused, i do some exercise before i take a bath & going to the office most of the days. And i have to wake up very early to get some stretches. Every time i do that it takes hours for me to sweat, and i cant take any longer because i have to go to the office at certain time. So i wanna know if it's worth doing the routine without sweating much =) thanks!
