How to pass a BJ's drug test?

I have to take a drug test for work at BJ's sometime in the next few days. I think it's a urine test, but I'm not sure. I haven't smoked very much over the past month, but I smoked last night, and a few days before that. Is there anything I can do other than drinking lots of water and exercising to flush out my system? Please only respond if you actually have an intelligent answer to my question. I don't care if you think I don't deserve the job, and I don't care if you think drugs are bad. Other than that, comments and suggestions are appreciated.

go to the store and buy 5, $1 arizona green teas, and drink them all quickly, you just want to drink enough water until your pizz is clear and you "feel better" you'll know when it's out of your system
