I am the Editor-in-Chief of my high school yearbook, how can i use this to my benefit later in life?

I am a senior in high school this year, and yearbook is what I do best. But with the economy the way it is, and journalism is from what I hear others say is a dying field; do I go to college for journalism or should I find something else? If I find something else what?

i'd suggest following what you're most passionate about and use that energy in your studies, internships, and the job hunt. if it's journalism, aspire to a top-tier school that actually has a great career services/placement office, along with a strong faculty ratings. i'd also recommend going to a larger, financially... I really don't think journalism is going out of style anytime soon. Even if the popularity in newspapers is going down....internet journalism is still in high demand. If nothing else, it'll look great on a college resume.

journalism is the fied which is growing by leaps and bound with explosion of electronic medium. you can make a creer in journalism only if you do the course from a well reputed institutes likejamia milia islamia level
