Is Obama only good at spending, where are the jobs he promised?

I don't mean the government or big business jobs, I mean the small businesses that keep the rest of us working.

In his long term plan appx. one million jobs will be lost. The good news is, he will create 5 thousand mandatory only union jobs building bridges, water Parks freebie parks and grooming Atv trails. I haven't seen any help for small businesses yet. Some tax breaks would be nice in order to hire more people. Businesses are stretched which means workers often have to do the work of 2 people but get paid for 1.
