What would your life be like if you hadn't had any children?
Everyone loves their children, I get that, but if you never had any what would you be doing now? Do you think you'd be living somewhere different? In a relationship with some one other than your current partner? Different job? Traveling more?

I'd probably still be teaching school, perhaps overseas with the Department of Defense, which is what I wanted to do if I didn't ever get married or have a family. I don't know if I'd be single or what not. If I was married to my husband and didn't have children I would probably still be teaching.

I would have a different job now and would be living in a different city. I chose to stay in a small town because of my kids.

It is almost scary to even think how much life would change. You wouldn't even be the same person all your worries and priorities would change. For some people I'm sure it would be easier but I think I would be completely lost.
