What kind of career would be good for me?

I enjoy traveling, being independant, adventure, and helping people I have considered becoming a doctor, nurse, or business manager but im not entirely convinced that is what i would like to do. I am mainly concerned about the number of jobs available and the pay. Are there any sites that would help me out?
