Help finding a job in Amsterdam?

Hi I moved to Amsterdam last month and have already registered with 19 recruitment agencies. I have a great CV - my background is in Admin/Secretarial roles, but as I don't speak Dutch, I'm finding it impossible to find work. This also rules out shop work, bar/cafe work and to make matters worse, I have a weak back which prevents me from doing manual work like cleaning or kitchen work or bar/cafe work anyway. What other jobs are there that I could do? Are there any expats out there who are living in Amsterdam? How did you get work? How long did it take you to find work? If you're a native Amsterdammer, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks x (ps - please no jokers with references to selling drugs or becoming a prostitute - many thanks ;)
