what's the perfect dish to cook if it's your first time cooking for a young lady?

I just met someone and I'd like to make a great impression. What dish should I prepare? P.S. she's not a picky eater, she loves comfort food.

I kinda miss dating; I used to be pretty good at it… At least I think that I was smooth. Never serve your best dish on a first date. Save your best for another special occasion. For dates, I like light, fool-proof menus bursting with flavors and color. If you have a simple menu, you can include her in the date... More

I suggest you make chicken stir fry over yellow rice from scratch. None of that instant in a bag microwave stuff, and shrimp rolls. It should be a meal that she won't have to fight to eat or chew as in a steak dinner. Please do not make spaghetti! It's become THE dinner and it's BORING!!!
