Do you need to know the software they use?
If you are a system analysis and you are tasked with the setting up and the development of computer networks for other people, must you be aware of the software they need to use? For example, if you set up a network for a travel agency, do you need to know the software they need to use? Likewise, if you set up a network for an employment agency, must you know what software they need to use for their company? Or someone else will do the job for you?
