How do you help someone find a job?
My girlfriend is having trouble finding a job and we really need a second income to help with bills. She is very sensitive about this topic as she has been trying, but it's been almost a year now (however, I believe she isn't trying her hardest). How do I give her the support that will help her emotionally? How can I do this without being mean or rude?
