i certainly that there is a lot of biasing in workplaces especially where there is a lot of physical activities involved... i've faced it. i dnt think most men take it very good if a woman equals them. i hate it when they say, "u are just a girl u cant do it....!"

Yes in all the companies men & women treated equally because Govt pass a law which stated that both men & women should get equal wages &the same working condition

the only time women back off is whn it come to weight related things...otherwise i don't think so...n some people consider it respect than sayin women can' do it...i don't think anything else is there tht women cn't do n men can!

I think men and women do not receive the same kind of treatment in companies and organizations ........... may be because of egoistic nature of man and once a woman gets married she finds difficulty in balancing her personal and proffesional life...........she involves herself more in kids, home making etc

Most of the companies the men need to work had to get a promotion or increment. But If the girl is good to her Team leader or Manager then she can get a higher post very easily. It depends from company to comapny.

Same kind of treatment in work and careers? This can never be achived in any field of life because of sexual differences or you may read preferences. Physical structure, energy, way of thinking and approach to a problem every where difference can be seen and it is created by GOD.

The main issue the hon-our and respect at the work place and the salary I think they do not the women are respected otherwise by majority of employees but not in the work Field and the salaries there is intention of the people to have accesses to them for undue favour in relations
