Someone please help I sleep 20 hours a day?

I lost my job due to this. I am easily able to sleep all day long. I have tried everything...if I get up I am exhausted. I just don't care about life or getting up. When I do wake up it's to eat then go back to bed. I am on Zoloft for depression but nothing works. I need help and I need to know how to wake up! Thanks.

I would say you need more exersize to build up your endurance. You'll get better sleep to and won't need so much.

finding the right meds to help you stay balanced is not easy. if it were me, i'd get to the doctor in the next week and tell them what's going on. it's just a matter of finding the right medication

Get more friends, and get off your depression pills. I'm not trying to be mean, but you need something to live for, correct? Hanging out with friends or actually attaching yourself and loving something can help you wake up. I have the opposite type of stress, where I wake up early. However, I used to be able to sleep... For some reason if you sleep to much, you just get more tired, add that on to the fact that you just don't care right now and... More
