Is it too early to say we've hit the bottom and the economic recovery has started?

It seems as if many folks are seeing the beginning stages of a recovery. Many people are talking about it. There appears to be a buzz in the air. Consumers are gaining confidence and spending again, the real estate market is getting better, the credit freeze has loosened up, companies are reporting profits, manufacturing orders are up, etc. The only thing that hasn't started to recover is the sorry job situation. So is it too early to say the recovery has begun?
