Trying to get more traffic to my website?

I've been a personal trainer for a long time. I started an online weight loss service, with a few other personal trainers as weight loss coaches. I want to know what you guys think of this. I've put together a service which offers customized diets and workout plans that change every couple of weeks based on the results of our clients. Diets include healthy substitutions for your favorite foods, nutritional value of the foods included, recipes, food that actually tastes good and everything laid out for a three week time period. A cheat day is allowed once a week. The workouts are geared toward the client's current fitness level, they include aerobics and strength training, and is progressive to keep the results coming. The other trainers and I will answer any questions every day within a few hours of recieving them. We're basically weight loss coaches that tell you exactly what to do to get in shape for only 25 bucks a month. It's fully customized to fit each client, and we also have chat available every day where you can discuss workout plans with trainers or other clients in real time. To get our name out there, we're also running a $10,000 weight loss contest. We've had some successful clients but not enough people know about us. Sooooo what do you guys think?
