What are the top five most desirable College Football coaching positions, and why?

Some coaching jobs are easier to fill than others. There are obviously some locations that coaches would much rather coach at than others and I want to know your top five choices and why you think they are the most sought after.

Penn St.'s gotta be one of the least desirable. I've heard they haven't even received ONE application in almost 45 years.

to add to Coach Lombardi's answer, I think that somewhere in the top ten should be Michigan. U-M has has a great fan base.
