How can I log on the admin account in windows XP?

I changed my parents account to a limited one and set up another account as an admin. However, I later forgot the admin password. How can I log on to the admin account to change my parents account back to an admin?

try safemode or hit f2 at launch so you get to the BIOS and change setting to password: disabled

The System Rescue CD includes a utility to reset Windows passwords. You can download the image for free and burn it to CD. When you boot from the CD, there is an option at the boot menu to reset Windows passwords. If you follow the prompts correctly, you will be able to reset the password for any account.
