Can I still receive unemployment benefits and start working as a real estate agent?

I've been searching for a job for a while with no luck. I was put on unemployment benefits while searching. I finally decided to get my real estate license while hunting for a job (I used to work as a home loan processor and felt it would aid in a similar line of work). Am I able to still collect unemployment benefits while waiting to get my first sale?
