How should I word this email for my resume?

My fiance gave me an email address of an office manager for a job opening. He told me she is looking for a secretary. This is one of his friends wives. I usually send over my resume and cover letter with the email saying something along the lines of "please see my attached resume for this position, ect." But, since she is the wife of a friend of his, I wanted to make sure she knows who I am. How would I word this in the email without sounding unformal and unprofessional?
