What do you think about my tattoo?

I just got my first tattoo yesterday for my birthday of my Daughter Taylor's name...what do ya'll think of it? http://c2.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images02/65/l_fa71cc5be8a54e6fbd21791a60438cf9.jpg THANKS YALL i'm glad everyone likes it...i didnt ask him to do the shading around it and i thought it made it look as if it were "too much / over done" at first

I like the way it was done. However, that sure does not look like a new tattoo lol a new tat is all red and tender looking. Nor does that look like a females arm lol
