Does anyone know of a subprime lender who will give a mortgage to a person with bad credit?

I am sure that this has been a hard time for you, but before you go to a lender who will probably hurt your financial future you should check out Dave Ramsey's plan for getting out of debt.

If your credit score is below 620 then I am sorry to tell you no one will approve you. I am helping my sister to get a mortgage and her score was 600, they would not approve her, the mortgage broker said no one under 620 is considered, so I added her name to my CC as authorized user so she could get her score up.
