What is the difference between a Vet and Marine Biologist?

I want to know the exact difference between a Vet and Marine Biologist? What job would you rather have?

vets deal with all animals depending on if your a large or small vet or maybe both you deal with everything....except water abiding animals such as whales, and otters and suck marine biologists deal with anything large that lives in the water

Marine biologists study animal life, while vets specifically treat diseases or injuries in animal life. There may be some crossover (vets might do a medical trial to learn more about a specific animal or disease, and marine biologists may help treat a wounded or sick animal), but for the most part I think I'd get more... Veterinarians are animal doctors. They take care of sick/injured animals and may perform surgeries if necessary. Marine Biologists learn and analyze the behavioral patterns of marine life.
