How come when you post your resume on careerbuilder you get a bunch of responses from fake sales companies?
I posted my resume online cause Im looking for a job, but the only responses Im getting are from companies that appear to be Pyramid schemes. What's their angle? Why do they do that?

Careerbuilder "was" designed so people could post their resume and companies could find those resumes that best suit their needs. I am going to be nice AND honest. That is because you are being LAZY. If you want to get your resume out there do your homework on a specific company, detail a resume for them and follow up.
