I would use different titles for the work you have done. "Time Keeper" and "Sample Collector". It needs to be more professional..project engineer, cost engineer, construction administrator, assistant superintendent... More

I agree with Anita, one page is always best. I have one observation..if you haven't been asked to provide a list of references, you may consider inserting your supervisors name and a contact number at each job listing. I hire for a state government and although it may be a little different, we always need contact... More
