can i do a walk in to get my make up done at ulta?

or do i have to make an appointment (its for prom)? and do i have to pay to get it done or buy some products afterwards?

I've had my hair & makeup done for a sorority formal at Ulta and I made an appointment before I went. I think with something like prom you really should make one. I'm not sure how much exactly it cost, I think it was around $80 total for both. I didnt have to buy any products afterwards either.

I work for a similar store and we did prom makeup by appointment only and required a minimum of a $50 purchase. SO, CALL, CALL, CALL!!! Girls came in the store without an appointment and we had to turn them away.

You need to make an appointment especially during prom season. You also need to make a purchase, not making a purchase is tacky and rude.
